5 "Dangerous" Questions
« on: February 22, 2018, 11:40:28 pm »
Thanks for reading, as always once someone answers, I will too. You don't have to answer them all, and there are no wrong answers.

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?

5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?

Ok, thanks for reading!
Some people look at things and wonder, why. I look at things that aren't there and wonder, why not?

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
I haven't done anything dangerous that I can recall

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
No, thankfully I don't live anywhere dangerous

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen, and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
I feel the motivation is wanting to help the bigger picture. by endangering their lives they are able to save thousands of people, homes, pets, etc.

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
I've never heard of a pitbull being tied to attacks, I think of like police doggos. So no I don't think their label is unfair because I've never heard of such label

5. Have you ever put yourself in harm's way for a stranger, would you?
No, I have not. And I don't know if I would until the situation came along.

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
Yep, I did lots of dumb stuff as a kid. Let's see....I once jumped off the roof of a house on to the roof of a van, landing on my chest and cracking my clavical.

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
Nope, not unless the wildlife counts.

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
I think the reasons vary, some of what Ryan said is certainly true. I also think those types of jobs attract people with adrenaline addictions.

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
I've personally owned 2, and they've been so sweet. I really believe it's how you raise them, and not instinctual.

5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
Yeah, I have, and I think anyone would given the right circumstances. I think it's in our nature to help our fellow man.

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
Yes. Tell? No.

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
No

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
Some people ain't afraid to risk their lives and be heroic.

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
I've seen some Russian guy raise a huge grizzly bear to be friendly. Even if it is instinctual, raise 'em right and you'll be fine.

5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
It's always good to help others, I don't see why not.

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
I definitely have done risky things but I just suck at on the spot stories so I might update this soon

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
Itís not overly dangerous but itís also not the safest place

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
Money is something that everyone wants and something that can provide for people. That would be my personal motivation for a risky job like that

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
Definitely unfairly labelled. Itís hard to see people hating on an animal that is 100% capable of loving and being a best friend just because of their breed.

5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
I have, and I would again

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
Being honest yes , But like spin dont think it would be best to speak of

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
Currently yes, almost ever place iv lived has either been in the ghetto or in low housing places. I couldn't r ember last time i actually went outside my house without a knife or something along that sorts.

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?

From knowing alot of people in armed forces and stuff like that i can really say its a feeling of duty, i did ROTC for 4 years in high school and alot of my friends joined military. Most of them all said they wanted to join Because they all where great-full for the rights that the USA held onto, And for that wanted to pay there country back with there service. Now saying this Out of 4 people i know two died in service. SO i will always say i respect what people do in there lives and wont ever say otherwise

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
I think pitbulls arnt mean cuz there just a mean breed. I have lived in ghettos and done some ****, most of the times the dogs are like that cuz the owners always are to fult, there are odd chances where its not true and dogs dont like people (Grams boxer) But mostly its because people dont treat there animals with respect and beat them

5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
Yes, When i was younger i saved a young child from drowning at a waterfall. I wasn't very strong and was winded caring the child back i did it cuz if not someone would of died. There are more time that ill keep private for now.

1. Have you ever done something dangerous?
Yes.

Want to tell us about it?
No.

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
I live in Brazil, so I can't expect to be safe 100% of the times... But, at the same time, I've never felt like I needed something to defend myself or anything like that whenever I went outside, and nothing ever happened with me or my family. In my opinion, there are much worse places in this country than where I live and I'm probably lucky to be born here.

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
they have the guts to take the extra step and put their lifes at risk to help others, which must be something rewarding and fullfilling for them.

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
I believe it is unfair. The way your dog behaves depends on how you treat them. So, if someone doesn't know how to properly take care of a dog, there are gonna be consequences and it is gonna be entirely the human's fault. I've met many Pitbulls as docile as any other dog.

5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
I have. In fact, I care more about how other people feel than how I feel.

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
Tried suicide, 3/4 times.
2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
Nope
3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
So many things can drive people mad/make them choose stuff for their lives that may or may not be good (does that make sense)
4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
They are unfairly labeled, a dog's personality or behavior often matches the owner soo
5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
When my friends were bullied I usually ''protected'' them and bit them. (I have sharp cat teeth and had 6 canine teeth ye)

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
I used to work at a wood recycling plant and we used to clean the flail drum of a wood chipper by just taking the key out. These things chop wood from plank-size to credit-card size. I was young and naive and didn't know just how dangerous it was, I now know that the isolator should be removed and locked off.
2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
No.
3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
I don't think they do it just for the paycheck (because it's not extremely well paid), I think they enjoy it. Almost everything in life is a balancing act between safety and enjoyment.
4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
I think it's justified. They are powerful dogs bred to kill. You can do a lot to mitigate this instinct through training, but it is still there. My little dog is only 7 kg (15 lbs) and she was playing with a Staffordshire bull terrier and it just suddenly turned on her. It bit her and I picked her up, the Staffie then jumped up and grabbed her leg and dragged her out of my arms and just bit down and would not release her leg. It took 3 men to separate them and my dog had a bite wound on her leg. Despite the training, I don't trust them and I don't necessarily think it's a reflection of the owner if they do attack.
5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
Don't think so.

1. Have you ever done something dangerous? Want to tell us about it?
Yes and no

2. Is the neighborhood you live in dangerous?
No

3. Soldiers, Police, Firemen and many more people work in very hazardous jobs, what motivates people to take chances with their lives for a paycheck?
I served in the military myself, believe me, it wasn't for the pay check! I wanted to server and protect my country (it was during the cold war).

4. Pitbulls are often sensationalized when an attack occurs. Do you think these dogs are unfairly labeled, or do you think the worry is justified?
A dog's behaviour is the result of how it is treated. They are bred to be fighters (stature, powerful bite, etc.) but that doesn't mean that they have a bad streak.

5. Have you ever put yourself in harms way for a stranger, would you?
Yes, and I would do it again.
